So, I was in the middle of doing the report for the Michelson interferometer when I thought to myself, this would be an awesome time to make a lab reports webpage. I love the smell of html in the morning...
Anyways, I figured everyone else was doing it and I just wanted to fit in. Speaking of fitting in, I've decided to put all my data up here as well. I found with other sites, they didn't really give any general measurements I could compare mine with. Of course, all these files are just for the sake of comparison and maybe inspiration. Lord knows I could have done with some while doing them (this page is an example of that). There are also some graphics there you could make use of in the corresponding folders, or you could just pull them out of the pdf.
I might put up a short tutorial on graphing with Mathematica, following along the lines of how one would do it in Excel, including regression. For now, you can try to decipher what I have in Graphing.nb. I have a nice little function defined in there near the end where you just put in your formatted data, your errors, the function you want to fit it to and the variables of that function and the graph options. It might be easier to just stick with Excel for the moment though...
